National Health Rehabilitation is a physician-owned practice of physiatrists working to improve patient outcomes in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across the country.
We established NHR to provide better care for this vulnerable, medically complex population, offering acute-level care in a sub-acute setting. We work collaboratively with nursing center staff, patients and families to maximize functional outcomes, enhance the patient care experience—and ultimately to get patients back to the lives they love.
